I was recently inspired by Dani from @danishealthyeats on Instagram to make a fun little “grocery list” that includes the things I personally am always stocked up on in my pantry (or cupboards if you have an older home like myself).
These are so many things to choose from when we go grocery shopping. It gets stressful and when I tell my clients to pick the cleanest ingredients, sometimes it can be challenging to even figure out what those are.
These items can be used for cooking, baking, or even eating all by themselves! It’s an all-encompassing list going through literally all of the dry goods in my kitchen. I hope this helps you when you create your next shopping list!
