Growing up, I played every sport imaginable. Athletics was my passion. After high school, I needed a sport to keep me busy, so I wandered into a CrossFit gym one day and never looked back. Fast forward from 2015 to now and I’m actively in the gym 3-4 hours at a time and fitting multiple training sessions in per day to gear up for competitions and better my performance. A couple years into this, I ended up finding out that I have an old back injury: a permanent bilateral fracture at L5-S1 that I must have had for a while but just then started feeling, sometimes called a pars defect. The docs guessed that it probably happened when I was young during gymnastics. It took a whole year of figuring out how I would stay fit and healthy with what I have been dealt with, how to stay out of pain, and even come to terms that my back would be like this forever, but now, after going through many trials to find what works for me to keep my mobility and be pain free, I am back and better than ever.

I’m currently a CrossFit L1 coach at EOB CrossFit and PN Level 2 Certified Master Coach in the Nutrition and Health space. I found my passion in sharing information on health and wellness to the world for free on my social media accounts (TikTok and Instagram) and through helping others see how easy it can be to eat the foods you love while still making healthy progress towards their goals.
